Return / exchange policy

  • you have 10 days to return the product after having received it

  • we don’t do refunds, only exchanges (except non conformity of product)

  • please do contact us before returning the product for exchange

  • for an exchange, the posting fee is on us (up to one exchange)

  • for any queries, please contact us

Instructions for returning the article:

  • if you need to return an article, please contact us before, with your name, address, e-mail address and the product reference

  • send the product within 10 days after the purchase

  • you are responsible for any damage done during the return, so we do advice to return the product well labelled

  • if possible, to give us a tracking number

  • if a product is sent from outside Europe, it needs to have written “returned goods” on the box/package in order to avoid paying customs

  • the new article will be sent within 2 days after receiving the returned article

  • if there’s any signs of wear or damage on the returned article, we do reserve the right to deduct the loss value to the article
